Amuse Bouche
Amuse Bouche is a new intimate dining series that connects people over food and drink with the aim of alleviating loneliness, building community, and supporting restaurants and the hospitality industry in Toronto.
For guests, it’s a great way to meet new, food-forward folx while simultaneously enjoying a new culinary experience.
For restaurants, It’s an opportunity to flex some culinary flair, potentially test out new dishes, bring back old favourites, or otherwise do something different - ultimately creating memorable moments that encourage return visits.
The series is curated together by Nelson Tam, an industry professional with over a decade in different facets of food and hospitality. In the past he has hosted events such as Fried Chicken Fridays and First Bite.
Meals are served family-style, allowing guests to try several different bites. Tickets are sold in advance and include tax and gratuity. Unless noted, drinks are separate.
